FincaMiraflores - Where the
height embraces the calm

Located in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, Finca Miraflores was founded in 2002 as a bold venture into specialty coffee, in an environment as challenging as it is promising.

The early years were marked by difficult access, low yields, and the inevitable learning curve for those who choose to do things differently, from the very beginning. Over time—and after overcoming challenges such as the coffee rust plague in the 2010s—the focus on consistency, process control, and quality monitoring transformed the land into a highly organized farm, renowned for its precision and specialization in microlots.

Today, Finca Miraflores represents a rare differentiator in the region: a genuine commitment from origin to final destination, supported by constant communication, specialized technical support, and rigorous adherence to every agreement. This is complemented by sustainable production, cup profiles defined by variety, and standardized protocols that ensure excellence year after year.

Each batch tells a story of long-term vision, patient work, and a passion for excellence. Because in Miraflores, coffee isn’t just grown: it’s perfected.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

We have answered some of the most frequently asked questions about purchasing and shipping our coffee lots.

Why buy Miraflores coffee?

Because those who seek exceptional coffees need consistency, variety, and confidence in every lot.
At Finca Miraflores, each customer finds a reliable origin, capable of maintaining the quality their market demands, harvest after harvest.
Varieties such as Geisha, Typica, Java, Bourbon, and SL-28 express unique profiles that inspire roasters to create memorable coffees.

The Geisha from Finca Miraflores is distinguished by its terroir—the unique soil conditions, microclimate, and altitude—which allow it to adapt exceptionally well to this region of the Amazon. Here, temperatures can be cool at certain times of the year, which contributes to a slower ripening of the fruit, and conversely, to a more intense and pronounced concentration of flavors. It’s not just the seed that makes the difference, but the varietal’s adaptation to its environment.
From the confirmation of purchase through the signing of the contract until shipment, ideally between 45-60 days approximately.
